I reserve the right to change and update my prices at any time. (pending commissions or commission in progress will not be affected by price changes)
I reserve the right to post finished commission pieces to my social media.
I reserve the right to stream the progress of your commission unless discussed before hand.
Private commissions can be discussed and will incur a fee.

PAYMENTS

Commercial rights can be purchased for your commissioned art work at any time.REVISIONS
I will send a concept sketch for you to review: if you have any concerns or need changes made, please let me know at this stage. I will not make changes once the concept has been approved and I begin clean sketching, lining and coloring.
If I have forgotten an important detail that was expressed during consultation, you are entitled to a revision of said detail or mistake at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Rush orders will incur a fee
Fee is based on the complexity of the commission as well as the deadline given.
All files will be sent through email or discord.USE
Personal use includes: Any usage that does not generate income from the art itself. IE. Printing it to hang on your wall, giving the art as a gift, using the art as a wallpaper, using the art to customize personal items, using the art as profile icons and banners, etc.
Commercial usage includes: Any usage that generates income. IE. merchandise, prints, stickers, advertisements, etc. (at this time stream elements except for emotes are NOT considered commercial use)
Should you use my art for personal use on public websites, please credit me as the original artist. If you have not purchased the commercial usage fee, do not sell your commissioned artwork in any way.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Credit is very important, if you repost, use as reference or otherwise edit the art work, please make sure to credit me, and do not claim the original art as your own.REFUNDS
I will not issue refunds once I have started the commission.
If you have paid the invoice and I have NOT started your commission, or concept sketch, you are eligible for a %100 refund.
